In 2004 he graduated with honours in Banking, Finance and Insurance at the University of Teramo, where, three years later, he also earned a PhD in Business Administration.
Responsible for public administration services, he has also been finance officer for local authorities and administrative coordinator at the University of Teramo Foundation.
A chartered accountant, and already auditor for local authorities, he is currently part of evaluation groups. He collaborates with Il Sole 24 Ore and with leading training companies for the updating of public employees, specifically focusing on aspects related to personnel management and pension and social security issues.
